La ubicación, por la zona y por estar cerca de la ciudad, con posibilidad de transporte público. La amplitud y limpieza del apartamento. Alcampo a 100m, oferta gastronómica variada en la zona. Tranquilidad
Poco transporte publico en fin de semana. Sofá del apartamento bastante hundido. Ventanas malas, de hace unos 40 años, no aíslan nada, ni temperatura ni ruido

Huge apartment, right in the front if sea, close to pubs and shopping mall
Noise insulation, you can hear the neighbours and their TV, but if you are in high season, this will be just a minor drawback
