Smeštaj je na dobroj lokaciji par stotina metara od gondole. Imaju svoje parking mesto koje je natkriveno tako da brzo i lako možete pokrenuti auto ukoliko želite na druga skijališta koja su na par km udaljenosti. Smeštaj poseduje veš mašinu kao i sudomašinu što je veoma praktično. Ima mnogo mesta za stvari tako da nećete preskakati torbe tokom boravka.

U Bad Kleinkirchheim postoji grupa smeštaja koji nude specijalne pogodnosti prilikom kupovine ski pass-a. Ovaj smeštaj nije deo te grupe pa su nas ski pass-ovi koštali značajno više. U smeštaju je centralno grejanje i ne može se podešavati. Takođe nema ni grejnih tela tako da sušenje stvari može biti problem.
