Clean n neat , fully equipped kitchen. Spacious common areas.
Owner was nice to get us a fan during the heat waves last week
Strict on check in & check out time.
For long stay may need a small vacuum cleaner or sth to clean up the space.

Ein tolles, außergewöhnliches Appartement, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Lage, Ausstattung, Größe, alles vom Feinsten. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es guten Gewissens weiter.

Excellent location. Easy to access and off street parking helpful. Exactly as stated. Well laid out kitchen and lounge area. 'Goldilocks' furniture. Not low range, nor over the top. Aimed just right at the price point.
For a 2 night stay, we found the cleaning charge (applies once booking confirmed) to be excessive and TBH, annoying as not transparent at point of booking. However, if we had stayed for a a longer period - say 4+ days, fair enough.
