Obiekt nowoczesny, czysty z dużym balkonem i bardzo ładnie umeblowany. W kuchni czysta i pasująca do siebie zastawa. Dużo miejsca do przechowywania swoich rzeczy. Udogodnienia w formie zmywarki i pralki. Blisko do marketów, oraz na przystanek tramwajowy, z którego łatwo dostać się nad morze bądź do centrum miasta. Nie ma problemu z zaparkowaniem samochodu, jest hala garażowa i łatwo dostępne miejsca parkingowe obok obiektu. Wybrałabym drugi raz.
Deszczownica pod prysznicem nie działa, a sam prysznic przecieka i woda wylewa się na łazienkę. Dość słaby internet, przez większość pobytu korzystałam z własnej sieci.

Czystość, nowoczesne budownictwo
0.3 mb/s internet to żart, do wyjazdu musiałem doliczyć kilkadziesiąt GB internetu, bo nawet muzyki nie dało się posłuchać. Jeśli mają Państwo problem z zasięgiem to należy wybrać inną opcję np. internet kablowy. Uszkodzona deszczownica od prysznica także nie powinna mnie spotkać.
