Lokasi strategis dan dekat dengan pusat bisnis dan hiburan.

The place is strategic, although not that near to any of the shopping malls, but it is worth the money and you can just take the grab everywhere. The sunset view is also nice.
1) Might have bedbugs, everyone going back with itchy skin.
2) Transferred deposit thru Wise, absorbed the fees, but they transferred it back and the international wire transfer is borne by me.
3) The living room is quite small for 5 people. Not suitable if you like to eat together or hangout together in the living room.
