Villa Las Flores 46

The location was excellent and very private. We really enjoyed staying there. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. The villa has three bedrooms each with private bathroom and shower. Pool is small but we enjoyed it plenty.

Nothing to note. The villa is in a very nice location and the hosts were excellent. Neighborhood is very safe and a short walking distance to the grocery store.

The location was perfect for our family. I currently have limited mobility, so avoiding steep hills and long walks was really important, and everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Our teenagers were able to safely explore by themselves during the day, which gave us all the holiday we wanted. Siam Park is only around a 10-minute walk away, the harbour for jet skiing about 15 minutes, and Playa Fañabé with its lovely sunset restaurants is just 15–20 minutes on foot. There’s also a gorgeous bakery next door and shops nearby for any essentials. The plunge pool was ideal for cooling off throughout the day – I happily spent hours sunbathing while the rest of the family enjoyed the local attractions. We also loved not having to rely on taxis or our hire car, which we barely used. The La Tejita Home team were fantastic with their communication and were incredibly accommodating with our late evening arrival and departure.

The villa is very central, which does mean there can be some noise from the neighbouring hotels. This was loudest during the afternoon or with the evening entertainment and stops at midnight. For us, this was a worthwhile trade-off for such a convenient location, but it’s worth knowing if you’re looking for complete peace and quiet. The only other thing to be aware of is that all of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms without doors. This worked perfectly well for our teenagers, but couples may prefer a little more privacy for those early morning routines! We also found the garage quite tight for a medium-sized hire car, although unless you’re planning to explore further afield, you probably won’t need one at all.

Fantastic location, great communication from the agent. Villa is exactly like the pictures. Pool was warm, fantastic air con inside. Loads of glasses, cups and plates.

Only 2 sun loungers but 2 large beds on the roof terrace. Apart from that 10/10.

The villa’s decor was beautiful all facilities new and very clean Heated pool was fabulous

Not so sure about the open en-suites off each bedroom - not much privacy when using shower or toilet - perhaps locks on bedroom doors would resolve this
