Bien placé, la place de parking, le balcon et sa vue, déco moderne, lit confortable et appartement bien équipé. Petit plus pour la vidéo explicative à l'arrivée 👍🏼
Aurait mérité un petit coup d'aspirateur à l'arrivée, mais rien de grave. Il faut un vélo pour rejoindre le centre ville, à pied c'est un peu long mais faisable.

La proximité de la piste cyclable est appréciable, la plage est effectivement très proche mais pour la baignade il faut aller un peu plus loin car à cet endroit se trouvent des bateaux. L'appartement est très calme et confortable, la place de parking réservée est très pratique.
Il faut savoir que l'appartement n'est pas équipé d'une climatisation mais seulement d'un climatiseur portable et d'un ventilateur qui refroidissent très peu la pièce. À notre arrivée, pas de produit de nettoyage mise à part un petit fond de produit vaisselle.

Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen Teil von Arcachon. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für zwei Personen und mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hat über WhatsApp gut funktioniert. Bettwäsche war vorhanden😊 Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!
Der Außenbereich und Treppenhaus sind etwas ungepflegt, schade eigentlich, da die Wohnung dagegen einwandfrei ist. Das Schlafzimmer ist super klein, aber das Bett sehr bequem.
