Ideally located on the front line of Pereire beach, with a small path running through the garden to the gate opening onto the beach, you'll be able to enjoy a relaxing seaside vacation.
Located on the 1st floor of a residence with lift, this 18 m² studio includes :
- a living room with sofa bed,
- an alcove with a bunk bed,
- a terrace for enjoying the outdoors,
- a fully-equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- bathroom with bathtub,
- hairdryer, ironing facilities, fan,
- TV, WiFi.
An outdoor shower is also available, allowing you to rinse off the sand before heading inside.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 22e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

Arcachon train station → 25 minutes by foot or public transport, 10 minutes by car
Bordeaux airport → 1h by car or 1h40 by public transport
