Lo staf conosciuto telefonicamente tutto come accordato bravissimi ed educati la struttura è situata all’interno di un palazzo è bellissima vasca perfetta per chi si vuole rilassare e passare un pomeriggio e una nottata d’amore e di parlare con la moglie di mille ricordi ci ritorneremo grazie ❤️

we were given a voucher for the local bakery this gave you a choice of a pastry and a coffee. The choice of pastries were excellent and its under a minute walk . The location of Hey Suite was fabulous for us, you had easy access to bus (170 ) or metro short walk {15 mins } to see sights in the city, Also there are some fabulous places to eat on your doorstep markets ,Bakeries ,restaurants, for foodies this area is a must with the added bonus they are all cheaper than the centre of Rome.

Hey suite has a communal kitchen ,which we were unable to use . we had access to the large fridge/ freezer , this was a shame as it would have been nice to cook using some of produce bought locally. The room was okay but we did have problems with lights it just took awhile for us to master them, the large bath was also nice and relaxing after a day walking ,although clear written instructions would be better in a welcome pack . Any issues were quickly dealt with all the staff were welcoming ,helpful . the room was clean and the bed very comfortable which are the two main things, yes we would stay again .
