Great little property, parling outside large enough for our SUV (either turn in the parking area or reverse in from road, we did both with no issues)
Lots of board games/card games to be able to play
Beds very comfy!
Very spacious and clean!
Close to main road with access north and south, VERY close to Eryi national park and very short drive to Snowdon itself (although we only saw the peak once due to cloud cover, something to bear in mind as we visited end of July!)
Welshcakes on arrival, plus tea, coffee and sugar - also some dishwasher tablets, tea towel, hand towel and sponge - ended up buying hand soap for kitchen but there was a bottle in the bathroom (plus a spare toilet roll)
Overall a brilliant little property that we would happily stay at again
All fairly minor but:
* instructions for oven as wasn't clear how to adjust the temperature - but we eventually worked this out
* some sort of curtain or blind for kitchen as we felt a bit exposed in the kitchen, especially with the bathroom being off the kitchen
* electric shower light on pull switch was on constantly so didn't know if on or off until I was in the shower
* having to empty the dehumidifier was a bit awkward but can see why it is used as it collected a LOT of moisture!
* not enough bowls, no grater or can opener when we arrived but this was speedily resolved by the host via Amazon (although the postie left it in the coal bin which made retrieving the parcel interesting!)
* No recycling facilities - however we noticed a recycling centre nearby o(other side of the main A road) so saved up our recycling and took it there the day before checking out - local tesco in Porthmadog has some facilities but awkward to go there every day
* as noted in previous reviews the garden space is shared and I would not classify as dog secure so I would keep your dog on a lead as the road is right next to the short wall!

Considering the weather, a portable fan in bedrooms would’ve made all the difference.

Lovely location with great views. Large kitchen with enough space for us all to cook and socialise, very light. Comfortable bedrooms- slept well.
Shared garden - not included in the description of the booking. Would have been useful to know this as we we’re going away to be ‘away’ from others.
Recycling - not possible to recycle anything at the property. In this day and age this is very much a deal breaker. It was horrible to be binning plastic, glass, paper, food when all these things are recycled in Gwynedd and have been for over a decade.
