La ubicación estaba muy bien para el día , para la noche es una zona de locales que cierran , tiene por suerte un resto pegado y a unas cuadras

Great location to visit Paris for a few days. Great host who let us leave our suitcases before checking in time. Pretty nice and flexible. Small apartment one room and bathroom. But everything you need. Supermarket and bakeries nearby. Metrostations too. The bed is good.
I would advice earplugs to sleep comfortable which i did. Because it is a busy street till midnight. We did not like the bedsheets they make you sweat cotton bedsheets would be nicer. And the cushions were too firm and high. A second other pair would be better. Softer.

The place is advertised as an ‘Apartment’. It is NOT. It is a simple room / suit with a built in tiny kitchen.
It is not an apartment but a small room / suit with a tiny built in kitchen. The toilet shower is full of mildew and there are lots of left over stuff from previous visitors not only in the toilet but also in the kitchen. The wood floor is damaged and one must be careful to walk barefoot. Unfortunately not at all what I had expect except for the location.
