Posizione strategica per chi vuole girare la Calabria fra mari e monti immersi in una zona tranquilla e con tanti servizi disponibili a pochi passi e con prezzi più competitivi rispetto al centro città (inclusi ristoranti, bar e pizzerie). Appartamento nuovo, pulito e confortevole. L'ospitalità e la disponibilità della Sig.ra Lina da 5 stelle! Il pezzo forte è stata l'accoglienza di 3 tenerissimi pelosetti molto affettuosi (munirsi di biscottini).

Ci sono da fare un pò di scale (al momento manca l'ascensore) per raggiungere gli appartamenti posti al secondo piano, ma un pò di esercizio non fa male! :P

Spacious bedroom and bathroom.

We stayed at the same address at the beginning of the holiday and were given a proper apartment with a great bed. We went out of our way to stay there on the way back but this time though our booking said we had an apartment we were given only a room with a bathroom. The bed was terribile, an old spring mattress that sunk right to the bed boards into the middle. Sleeping on a sloped bed is impossible. It was a very uncomfortable night. The shared kitchen - which was just a counter in the hot airless entrance with no windows - gave right onto the bedroom so if the people in the other room used it it made the bedroom very noisy. The hotplate had two zones that didn’t work and went into block so I had to turn off the electricity to get it to work. The plates were all oily and there were no bins for rubbish. The next day the people in the other room brought the only small bin back. There was a mini fridge that was full from the other people sharing the apartment. Despite there being pictures of washing machines in the photographs there was no washing machine. There was no terrace, just a large terrace on the floor above that was being used by another family. I think it’s very important for hosts to give correct information. I should have been given a clear indication that I was getting just a room in a shared apartment. I was given false information. The mattress definitely needs changing. When there are only single rooms with basic use of kitchen facilities there should be a mini fridge in each room or at least a full size fridge for sharing.

La struttura è come si vede in foto. Nonostante abbia preso l'intero appartamento, avevo a disposizione solo una stanza (penso la più grande). Nella struttura c'era tutto l'indispensabile per starci qualche giorno. Molto apprezzato il fatto di aver trovato dei prodotti confezionati per la colazione, cialde per il caffè, zucchero, tè, ecc. Simpaticissimi i cani presenti nel cortile.

La posizione non è il massimo. Molto nascosto e non con una bella vista (noi affacciavamo su un'officina). C'è da dire che lo sapevano, quindi nessuna sorpresa. È disponibile una terrazza che non è ad uso esclusivo, ma di tutto il palazzo. Consiglio vivamente di cambiare il letto perché è veramente arrivato e molto scomodo
