The apartment was really good and we loved the neighborhood, especially the view of the Plaza de España from our window. The owner was extremely nice and friendly offering information on different entertainment options within the city.
Even though its right next to Plaza de España, the apartment is a bit far from the city center. The only real thing we minded was a staff member unlocking our door (while the door was fully locked with our key still inside) in the morning the day after we arrived. Supposedly he thought we had checked out and apologized.

Todo. Ubicación inmejorable. Cerca de los monumentos más importantes y del transporte público. Supermercados y Restaurantes en las inmediaciones. Miguel nos atendió de maravilla y nos sugirió varios sitios para comer y cómo movernos por la ciudad.

Appartamento dotato di tutti confort Manuel gentilissimo sempre presente per ogni evenienza. Posizione ottima a due passi da Piazza di Spagna e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Nelle vicinanze supermercato fermata metro e Bus per l'aereoporto . Lo consiglio vivamente spero di tornarci presto

Bon emplacement, 4 ascenseurs à disposition dans l’immeuble, pas de bruit de voisinage (mais bruit de la rue le matin), belle vue et appartement spacieux. La climatisation fonctionne bien. Il y a de quoi faire des cafés et thés.
La propreté n’était pas au top… surtout dans la salle de bain. L’eau de la douche s’évacue très mal, nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la machine à laver car pleine de moisissure, poussière dans certains tiroirs de la commode … Pas de sèche cheveux à disposition et pas assez de papier toilette.
