This apartment felt completely new, pristine, with modern kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable beds. It also has parking included in an adjoining underground garage, with easy access and assigned spaces. We could walk into the centre of Seville in 20 minutes. The neighbourhood is safe, with excellent restaurants in walking distance. Once inside the apartment, it was very quiet - a real plus for us!!I would highly recommend this property for anyone driving to Seville to visit.

This condo was perfect. It was beautiful, had fantastic air conditioning, which we needed in the heat, it was stylish, comfortable, etc. I would 100% stay there again next time in Seville.

We liked pretty much everything about this apartment. It was about a 15 minute walk to the main historic section of Seville which allowed us to get away from the hubbub of tourist central to a quiet neighborhood. It was great to have a place to put the car. Getting from the parking to the apartment was slightly convoluted but not problematic since the host explained it very well. The apartment itself was sparkling clean and had everything we needed We would definitely stay there again.
