Location was good. Staff helpful to open door for me.

Difficult to work out the key system to open the door - two keys upper and lower??? Heating on way too high. I felt like I was melting and had to keep the window open all the time to cool it down. Two forks? No knife or spoon. 1 coat hanger? Unable to access wifi in foyer when needing to translate to staff

Хороший отель, по сути в центре, приятный отзывчивый персонал. Есть лифт, номер достаточно просторный, все работает. Остановилась бы снова, не вижу смысла искать что-то другое

It is located near Kizilay metro station, which is amazing. Within three blocks you have plenty of cafés, restaurants, and gyms, and it’s less than two blocks from the bus station. The best part of the hotel is its location—it’s on a very quiet street with very little noise. The gentleman at the reception is genuinely wonderful—warm, attentive, and incredibly kind. Even though he doesn’t speak English, communication is surprisingly smooth and never becomes an issue

The main issue is the constant smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. I’m not a smoker, so it can become bothersome

Little bit noisy most dislike Language Problems. Most popular tourist place and 2 to 5% English speakers .
