部屋はすごく綺麗で設備が充実していたから。
近くに道路や電車が通り、少し騒音が気になる。

駐車場が狭く、近隣住民の路上駐車が多く、宿泊施設への駐車が非常にしづらかった。

洗濯機もあり、洗剤も置いてくれてあり助かりました。割安で宿泊だけなら申し分ないです。
ソファやフローリングに少し髪の毛や埃などがあり、到着してすぐに掃除機をかけました。一階の宿泊は駐車場がなく、勧めていただいた駐車場は満車だったので、駐車場探しが大変で、少し遠くに停める必要がありました。二階宿泊の方が使わない場合、使えるようにしていただけたら良いと思いました。
