Nähe zum schönen Strand (50 Meter). Praktische Terrasse.
Nicht mehr ganz frisches Mobiliar (reparaturbedürftiger Liegestuhl und Esstisch). Schimmel im Badezimmer. Keine Klimaanlage. Ratten im Dachstock und leider auch im Wohn- u Schlafzimmer ! (Kammerjäger kam umgehend, zwei Tage später ein weiteres Mal und nach einer Woche war‘s dann endlich das erste Mal wieder ruhig in der Nacht). Leider kein Entgegenkommen von Seiten Vermieter.
