Good place for a one night stay to break up the journey after arriving by ferry from Dover

The view from the studio was fantastic and the beach very near by. The studio is well equipped, even for a longer stay since it has a washing machine and facilities for cooking. Close to the ferry port. Breakfast - a can of orange juice and two pain au chocolats - was delivered to the door as mentioned.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

You Will Never Get Enough of the View!

We had a fantastic stay. The location is peaceful and a quick walk to the beach, perfect for morning strolls or run. The breathtaking view from the balcony during morning tea or evening drinks was a highlight, along with the delicious breakfast of local specialties delivered to our door. Highly recommend!

It's best to have a car for this location, as there's easy parking directly in front of the entrance. The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute walk away, and the town center with sites and restaurants is about 10 minutes drive.

Great location for an overnight stop

Adequate breakfast with a can of fresh orange, brewing facilities within the apartment but take your own tea. Great location as you can be on the sandy beach within a few minutes and then have miles to walk should you wish. Good number of restaurants in the area. Car parking outside and space could be at a premium if you arrive late, we were fine.

Bit of a faf getting the keys from a different location first and the instructions could be more clearly set out regarding this. However, once you understand to procedure everything worked well. No information about what to do with the keys when you leave - we just left them inside and pulled the door closed so presume this was the correct procedure.

We had to get the key from a different location, then go to the property. We didn’t know this at the time of booking. We also struggled to use the electronic fob. However, once we had everything sorted, it was definitely worth it and we would love to go again.

Pour le plaisir

Vraiment un très bon séjour, la vue exceptionnelle, le lit bien confortable, le petit déj super sympa. Un séjour au top. Nous avons eu un souci indépendant de notre hôte qui a été très vite résolu avec beaucoup de sympathie . Un grand merci pour ce beau séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

On peut toujours s'améliorer, mais je ne vois rien à dire, je laisse ça à ceux qui ne sont jamais contents.

Toll für einen Kurztrip

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind sensationell gut. Die Wohnung und die Umgebung ist sauber. Die allgemeine Ausstattung ist sehr gut, sodass es an nichts mangelt. Das einfache Frühstück an der Tür ist sehr praktisch.

Die direkten Nachbarn nebenan sind sehr laut, rauchen häufig auf dem Balkon und waren einmal sehr "freizügig" mit ihrem Privatleben (bei geöffneter Balkontür) - dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich eigentlich nichts, dennoch sollte man das beachten. Die Möbel könnten hochwertiger sein, bei den Betten sind besonders die Kissen zu dünn.

La vue qui donne sur la mer.. La proximité de la plage. La terrasse, la décoration d'intérieur. Le calme.

Mauvaise expérience pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons retrouvé un sachet à la porte avec un pain au sucre, pas tranché , ni accompagné de beurre ou autre... J'ai contacté la propriétaire qui m'a dit que quelqu'un avait dû se servir et que c'était la première fois...rien de plus comme explication. Nous avons dû trouver une boulangerie par nos propres moyens.. Pas de dédommagement, ni autre petit déjeuner...déçu de ce côté. Les oreillers n'ont pas de formes.

Vue époustouflante Logement très bien agencé et fonctionnel. Tout était prévu pour passer un agréable séjour ( serviettes, cafetière, café, torchons, sac poubelle, éponge...bref tout...). La plage à 2 pas. Le lit est bien un lit et Ce n'est pas un futon. Le petit déjeuner Français parfait chaque matin au pied de la porte. Le silence malgré les travaux de ravalement à côté. le contact avec Julie très agreable

- voisins grands fumeurs. - inconforts des oreillers. ( Nous avons ajouté les coussins de chaises de balcons pour donner un peu d'épaisseur 😅😅).

Pokud se rádi koukáte na slunce zapadající do moře, budete tento byt milovat...

Byt je situovaný v klidné lokalitě na západ ve druhém patře a má malý balkónek, takže pokud večer svítí sluníčko, tak si užijete nádherný západ slunce do moře... Výborná horká sprcha. Postel menší, ale vešli jsme se.

Ubytování inzeruje snídani v ceně. V ceně ovšem není žádná snídaně, pouze 2 croissanty a malá plechovka džusu na osobu. Což bylo celkem zklamání. Vhodnější by bylo inzerovat malé přátelské pohoštění v ceně, rozhodně ale ne snídani.

Eine interessante Unterkunft, ok für eine Nacht

Die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Schiffsverkehr auch vom Bett aus. Der Balkon und der ausreichende Parkraum vor dem Haus. Es gab in der Nähe auch eine Patisserie, wo man etwas essen konnte. Bis zum Zentrum von Calais ist es etwas zu weit. Es war eine Küche vorhanden, die mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet war.

Der Schlüssel musste an einer anderen Adresse aus einem Schlüsselkasten geholt werden per Code. Es gab vorher eine Anweisung, jedoch wurde nicht gesagt, dass man den anhängenden Schlüsselanhänger gegen einen Knopf an der Haustür halten muss, sonst geht die Tür nicht auf. Mit dem Schlüssel geht es nicht. Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht verriegeln und im Badezimmer waren Abflussgerüche. Das Frühstück wurde in einer Tüte vor die Tür gelegt, es war eher lieblos. Zwei Dosen eisgekühlte Orangade und jeweils 2 eiskalte Fettgebäckteilchen vom Vortag. Kaffee konnte man sich selber machen, jedoch lagen die Kaffeepads offen und aromalos in einem Strohkörbchen. Das franz. Doppelbett war klein.

Très chouette endroit, vue superbe... Mais des petites choses à améliorer.

Le studio est très agréable et très propre, la vue est vraiment époustouflante et le lit ultra confortable, ne vous fiez pas à la photographie (qu'il faudrait changer... Ça a failli me dissuader de venir) on dort dans un vrai lit avec un super matelas et non dans un canapé dépliable. Les volets sont ultra opaques donc on dort super bien dans le noir complet. Plein de serviettes à disposition dans la salle de bain et une odeur de lessive que j'ai adoré. Petit déjeuner très sympa car local et ultra copieux ; télé immense et wifi nickel. La situation de l'appartement est idéale pour un week-end sur Calais, coucher de soleil sur la mer au rendez-vous !

L'appartement est bien meublé et agréable mais il manque plusieurs petites choses simples et pas chères quand même : avant tout une éponge ! Je suis allée en acheter car c'était vraiment gênant et j'ai relavé la vaisselle avant de l'utiliser par crainte que les locataires précédents n'aient pu que rincer sans frotter. Quelques sachets de thé et tisane manquent aussi, par contre top de mettre plein de café ; du savon pour les mains dans la salle de bain serait chouette aussi, comme de bien nettoyer la vitre extérieure qui se trouve sur le balcon (pour voir la mer au travers). Ça à la rigueur ce sont des petits détails, le seul truc qui m'a vraiment gênée, ce sont les clefs... Aller les chercher à 5 minutes en voiture parce qu'impossible de mettre une boîte à code dans la copropriété, ok... Mais on n'a aucune indication pour les rendre et perso je ne me voyais pas reprendre ma voiture pour aller les remettre alors qu'il y a une boîte aux lettres juste en bas de l'appart... Donc j'ai mis les clefs dedans en partant. J'ai reçu un message le soir me disant qu'ils ne les retrouvaient pas donc j'en ai conclu qu'en l'absence de consignes je n'avais pas fait comme il faut... 😞 C'était moyennement agréable même si le message était poli et dénué de reproche.
