The breakfast was delivered to the door and consisted of a large sliced chocolate brioche loaf, butter and jam, and two small bottles of fresh orange juice. It was just what we needed before setting off to the Channel Tunnel. The view of the sea was great, and being west-facing meant that we had a lovely view of the sunset. The car parking was convenient and the WiFi was strong. The main town of Calais is a 20 minute walk away with all its restaurants, bars, shops etc. The beach is only 5 minutes away and is a lovely beach to walk on. From the apartment, it is an easy drive to the Channel Tunnel terminal.
Unfortunately there was no hot water until the morning of the day we left. Not really sure what happened but the host suggests that it could have been a fault with the water heater elsewhere in the building. It didn't detract from it being a very comfortable stay and we would come again.

Location was lovely, balcony over looking the sea and fresh bread and pastries for breakfast
A few items of crockery were dirty as was the freezer compartment. Nothing major just something I’m hyper vigilant about

Location is great. Lovely sea view. Apartment is adequate for short stay and quite well equipped.
Difficult to locate the key box 1.5km away from the apartment on a dark wet evening.

Ce n'est pas très pratique de récupérer les clefs dans une boîte loin du logement, 30 min à pieds,
le petit déjeuner très décevant (une brioche sans accompagnement et 2 canettes de jus d'orange) déposés dans un sachet devant la porte
Le lit qui est petit et inconfortable
