Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda! Nos ha encantado la ubicación, la limpieza y la comunicación con ellos. La pequeña cocina nos ha sido muy útil y el agua de la ducha súper calentita. Hemos venido en el mes de noviembre y la calefacción ha funcionado muy bien. Hemos estado suuuuuuuuuper cómodos. Muchas gracias al equipo ♥️

Nos ha encantado todo, pero si tuviéramos que destacar algo sería el sofá que es un poco anticuado e incómodo pero todo lo demás genial!!

Struttura molto caratteristica, ricavata penso da un convento, una interessante ristrutturazione. L’appartamento ben tenuto, spazioso e completo veramente di tutto: armadi, scrivania, televisore, radio, cucina attrezzata, frigorifero, forno a microonde, piano cottura a induzione, lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro, materiali per la pulizia, scorte di asciugamani e carta igienica. Il bagno, molto spazioso e con doccia, è fornito di un comodissimo antibagno con lavandino e cassettiera. Phon.

Alcune parti esterne un po’ fatiscenti, ma è solo un aspetto estetico. L’ascensore al terzo piano ha il pulsante rotto, pertanto è possibile salire ma non scendere. Sarebbe comodo avere delle prese di corrente di fianco al comodino, ma ce ne sono comunque un buon numero nell’appartamento. La pattumiera della cucina se avesse il coperchio eviterebbe che gli odori si diffondessero nella stanza. Dettagli. La posizione abbastanza buona per chi deve visitare il Colosseo e i fori imperiali, un po’ meno per chi come me ha avuto bisogno di raggiungere ogni giorno la metro B che non è proprio comodissima. Nb: la stazione metro B Colosseo non è fornita né di scale mobili né di ascensore… da non averne bisogno se si hanno bagagli.

The location is excellent. You’re right in the heart of the Colosseum neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from one of Rome’s most iconic landmarks. There are scooters and Lime bikes readily available, which made it easy to get around. For a first-time visit to Rome, this felt like the center of everything. Prices in this area are definitely on the higher end. Meals and basics often cost two to four times more than in other neighborhoods I stayed in. But given how close you are to so many historical sites, it can be worth it, especially when you’re visiting from far away and want to spend your time enjoying the city instead of commuting across it. The air conditioning was truly excellent, which isn’t something I could say about every place I stayed. After long, hot days, it cooled the room quickly and made a big difference. Once I had the information, check-in was very smooth. Everything was handled remotely, and there was no need for in-person coordination. Just make sure you have local data to receive the information via app, email, or WhatsApp.

The communication could be better. I didn’t receive the full check-in instructions until about 24 hours before arrival, and only because I followed up. While I was there, I saw another family — who hadn’t received any information — struggling to figure out where to go. I happened to be leaving at that moment and was able to point them toward the office, but they were clearly frustrated. It’s something to be aware of if you’re arriving from abroad and trying to coordinate timing. The photos of the unit were a bit misleading in terms of lighting. the listing makes it seem like there’s more natural light than there actually is. That said, it’s positioned at the end of a hallway, so you can keep the front door open to let light into the living room without it being a huge issue. The bedroom has a small window that faces other buildings, so there’s not much light or view there — but oddly enough, the bathroom window (in the shower) overlooks a beautiful park and has one of the nicest views in the place. The beds were comfortable, but I’d recommend putting your luggage on hard surfaces — either in the closet or tucked in the corners on the floor — and not directly on the beds when you arrive, especially if you’re not using the second bed. I did get some bug bites during my stay, which could have been mosquitoes - but it’s a concerning issue to have happen early in vacation over multiple days. To their credit, the management company responded quickly, sent a steamer, and did an inspection after I checked out. The bites stopped once I left the unit, even though I stayed in Florence and then back in Rome for several more days. I can’t say for certain where they came from, but it’s worth being cautious. Fortunately, there isn’t much fabric-heavy furniture in the apartment, and there are plenty of clean hard surfaces to set your belongings.
