Artistica Pienza - Breathtaking Val d'Orcia View

Extraordinary and amazingly beautiful place, with breathtaking view. The house itself has unique atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and well designed. The climate is fantastic. You could just sit at the table and enjoy your coffee looking through the window all day. If You want to visit Tuscany, this place has all that represents this region. Incredible.

Location: Unbeatable and convenient for getting around.

Perfect location. Part of the old town, on the edge of the wall, so the view was of rolling Tuscan hills, but still right in the historic old town. The hosts were also really helpful and prompt with any queries. The house felt part of the cities history.

Not the apartments fault, but the most difficult thing was parking in Pienza. There was very little available. I also had a foreign phone that couldn't get SMS (only data) so i couldn't register the app for paid parking, so had to hunt for free parking (white lines). Eventually I found the best spot behind the coop shopping. Just a note to get the app before you come if you want to make life a little simpler... (probably relevant for all historic italy)

Tudo!
