Artistica Pienza - Breathtaking Val d'Orcia View

Location: Unbeatable and convenient for getting around.

Perfect location. Part of the old town, on the edge of the wall, so the view was of rolling Tuscan hills, but still right in the historic old town. The hosts were also really helpful and prompt with any queries. The house felt part of the cities history.

Not the apartments fault, but the most difficult thing was parking in Pienza. There was very little available. I also had a foreign phone that couldn't get SMS (only data) so i couldn't register the app for paid parking, so had to hunt for free parking (white lines). Eventually I found the best spot behind the coop shopping. Just a note to get the app before you come if you want to make life a little simpler... (probably relevant for all historic italy)

Tudo! A casa é linda, espaçosa, bem preservada e com excelente localização. A vista é realmente de tirar o fôlego. A anfitriã deixa um caderno que, além de contar a história da família, também da várias dicas e sugestões de locais na região para conhecer. A residência tinha tudo o que precisávamos e passamos dias maravilhosos em Pienza.

Acho que apenas um alerta para pessoas altas de que em alguns cômodos o teto é mais baixo, mas isto não interfere de forma alguma na excelente experiência que tivemos.

La posizione dell'appartamento è fantastica, ha un panorama a dir poco mozzafiato nelle giornate di sole si può vedere tutta la val d'Orcia, appartamento confortevole e molto caratteristico, riscaldato alla perfezione. La proprietaria è molto cortese e gentile, risponde immediatamente ad ogni messaggio. Consigliatissimo.
