Central Penthouse on 19th Floor with Amazing View

Location with a nice view of the city, access to the roof top. Modern premises, fully equipped kitchen.

We had only one set of keys for two people. It would be more convenient to have two sets of keys or a keyless entry.

Gorgeous apartment in a convenient location, perfect for train station, opera house and Munch museum. View from the balcony was wonderful. There was also a well kept roof terrace that was lovely to sit out on. Good amount of crockery and cooking pans should you want to eat in, although a few more/different cooking utensils would have been useful. There's also a gym/games room with pool and table tennis (a couple of the machines didn't seem to have power but that might have been us). The bed in the main room was extremely comfortable. Overall, it was just a lovely place to stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, responding quickly with any queries we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Only slight niggle was only one key, so we had to be very organised as to who would be coming back first.

The A/C wasn’t working effectively making it very stuffy in the main bedroom. The swipe colours were totally wrongly described, but we worked it out for ourselves. The owner was slow to respond with advice on TV, and took 2 days to provide basic info on WIFI, coffee machine etc A folder with all this info would be much better than chasing the owner.

Die Aussicht, die Lage und die Terrasse war genial! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und hilfreich. Er hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem! Und zu Fuss ist alles gut erreichbar.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Ausser vielleicht eine Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher wäre hilfreich ;-)
