Petit studio très cosy et bien placé avec lit douillet. L'hôte est agréable et serviable. Je recommande fortement.

Rien que l'hôte ne puisse changer (toilettes sur le palier).

Le studio est très chouette rien à redire : conforme aux photos, avec tout le nécessaire pour le quotidien, proche de tout, communs très propres. Le propriétaire est très accueillant. Le seul hic peut être le fait qu’il n’y a pas de rideaux aux fenêtres mais avec un bandeau pour les yeux aucun soucis ! Idéal pour une personne voyageant seul.

The property is a little flat as the picture, the host was really nice, the location was very good also 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral, ten minutes walk to downtown, was quiet and the room was clean.

The stay was overall fine, but there are a few things that could really improve the experience. I knew the bathroom was outside the flat, and I’m used to that kind of setup, but in this case it was quite old and in poor condition. The toilet seat was rusty, and the whole area looked very worn and unclean. The hallway leading to it was also very dark at night, which made it a bit scary to use. There was also a strong unpleasant smell. It would be great to add curtains in the flat too. The place has a lot of potential, and with a few improvements, it could be much more comfortable.

Conveniently located. 20 mins walk from station, 20 mins from town historical centre. The room was very clean. It was mostly quiet, "mostly" because there is occasional tram or traffic noise, but hardly disturbing. Noise from within the building was very low. Did not see any other tenants. Sharing the WCs was not an issue. The kitchen was sufficient for preparing breakfasts. Comfortable bed. Shower worked fine.

WC located outside of room. No wifi. No curtains or shutters. This is a 5th floor room with a lift covering 3 floors.
