Very friendly reception upon arrival. Host was waiting for me to give me the key. Good location in center of Belgrade, near train station. Private room with shared bathroom and kitchen. So long as the other guests are quiet and respectful, it is a good option. Only two rooms share common areas. Comfortable bed. Warm room.

Other guests may return late a night, making some noise. Kitchen sink was full of dirty dishes when I arrived and when I left.

No estaba limpio, las camas son incómodas y hacen ruido, el mobiliario y el menaje está descuidado y compuesto claramente por restos de otras viviendas, el baño no cumple un mínimo estándar para que pueda alquilarse como alojamiento vacacional.

Das gebuchte Zimmer mit zwei Betten haben wir nicht bekommen. Stattdessen für zwei Kumpels ein Ehebett. Das war Mist. Sehr dreckig. Da wird sich nicht wirklich um die Wohnung gekümmert. Ziemlich dreckig vor allem das Bad. Warmwasser war teilweise Fehlanzeige jedenfalls am dritten und letzten Tag. (alter Boiler kaputt??

Buen lugar para hospedarse

Realmente no es un apartamento de lujo, pero disfruté de mi estancia. El encargado fue muy amable y no necesité nada. Si quieres ahorrar y hospedarte en una buena ubicación, recomiendo este alojamiento. Gracias por todo!!! (Olvidé mis audífonos ahí, espero volver pronto para recuperarlos).

La posizione è ottima , vicinissima al centro , molti mezzi pubblici e locali nelle vicinanza . L appartamento ha due camere ampie , non nuovissime ma pulite . Bagno spazioso e anche una cucina completa di tutto . Accoglienza splendida

Bir daha tercih etmem.

Tavanda örümcek ağı var. Çok kirliydi. Yatak çok deforme olmuş ve rahatsızdı. Sadece 1 tane havlu var. Işık yetersiz çok eski florasan odayı aydınlatmaya yetmiyor. Tv ise sadece çalışıyor, renk vs hiç yok. Bu ücrete değer mi? Bence değmez ki aynı fiyata 2 gece sonra başka bir eve geçtim, kendimi 5* otelde sandım.

Отличное местоположение недалеко от центра, хорошо работали кондиционеры, хороший WiFi

Несвежее постельное белье и полотенца, неприятный запах из холодильника, очень плохо работающий слив в душе. Пол был грязный, одноразовые тапки не были предоставлены, белые носки очень быстро становились черными. Очень тусклое освещение. Запах сигарет в спальне. Чтобы получить документ о регистрации, пришлось ехать в другое место в центре города, где большая проблема с парковкой.

便利な立地でいごこちの良い宿

バスターミナルから歩いて10分程度で中心地へも歩いて15分程度。周囲にはカフェやレストラン、スーパーもあり便利でした。施設自体は年季が入っているので新築特有の綺麗さはありませんがスタッフが丁寧に清掃してくれて清潔です。部屋も広くて快適でした。（添付の画像は布団が乱れていますがチェックアウトの際に撮ったからです）

部屋に机と鏡があるともっと良かったと思いました。アパートタイプの施設でスタッフが常駐しているわけではないので荷物預かりなどは不可です。
