I stayed for just one night, a few hours, and I certainly wouldn’t have been able to endure any longer. The location is excellent, but everything else is really bad.
The women’s bathroom has 3 shower cubicles and 2 toilets. The toilet doors cannot be locked, and one of them cannot even be closed. You have to hold the door shut with one leg while sitting on the toilet. So, absolutely no privacy.
There is a washing machine in the same bathroom, so men regularly come in to do their laundry. You might be in the shower at that moment… The shower cubicles only have curtains. The bathroom entrance door does not lock either. The bathroom is quite untidy.
The female receptionist is very rude. She is Russian and doesn’t speak Serbian, which is fine, but her English is also poor.
You have to pay €5 to use a towel, and she gave me a used, wet children’s towel with a hood. When I realised what it was, I asked for another one, and she asked me 2-3 times whether I had used it and why it was wet, then. I eventually got another towel.
While I was showering, she was just sitting and coughing in one of the toilet cubicles the entire time. When I asked, “Is anyone there? Male or female?”, she simply replied, “Woman. Why? What do you want?”
She sleeps in the same women’s room with us, the guests.
The air conditioning in that room was on 24/7, making the air dry and stuffy. After just one night, expect to wake up with a sore throat and sinus problems.
I had an early morning flight, so I started packing at 6 a.m. She was very annoyed by the noise I was making while packing because she was sleeping.
In contrast, the guy at reception was kind, friendly and professional, but unfortunately, that is not enough to give the place a better overall rating.
Overall, I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. There are better places to stay in Belgrade for the same price.

I booked this hostel because the pictures were nice, looked really clean but it was not. Dirty kitchen, dirty room, dirty toilets. It has a good location but also i got bite by some bugs or dont know what. The guy from reception was nice.
