Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The place looks completely different from the photos shown on Agoda. It is actually an old, poorly maintained apartment that feels like it has not been renovated for decades, with a dark and depressing atmosphere that makes you feel uncomfortable.
The cleanliness was extremely poor. The facilities are outdated and neglected. The kitchen is very small and dirty, the bathrooms are in terrible condition, and the shower areas are not suitable at all, with curtains instead of proper doors, which makes the experience very uncomfortable.
When I arrived, I faced problems with my reservation even though I had already booked and paid through Agoda. The staff told me that my booking was not clear in their system and that they did not know how it happened. I was given a temporary bed to sleep in until the morning while they tried to find a solution. I was also asked to pay an additional fee, claiming it was a city/municipality tax, despite my booking already being paid.
The staff’s attitude was not welcoming, and I did not feel there was any real effort to help guests or solve problems. When I checked out, I asked if I could stay for a short time in the reception area (which is just a very small space with limited seating), but I was asked to pay an additional amount equivalent to half a night.
The only positive thing about this place is its location, as it is in the city center and close to many important areas. Other than that, I cannot recommend this place at all.
I strongly do not recommend staying here, and I will never choose this place again.

The Colombian staff was super helpful. The guests like his sincere efforts. But the local staff was very RUDE as if he owns the hostel.
