3 Bed in Carnforth oc-sz425

One of the most comfortable and well-equipped self-catering places we've stayed in. Home from home. We eat in most of the time, and it's well supplied with cooking utensils. Plenty of crockery/cutlery too so we could fill the dishwasher before using it. Well placed for local walks (including a picturesque garden with a back door on to a public footpath), and visits to the Lake District.

TV reception in Arnside is not brilliant (a few channels only). However the WiFi is good, but the smart TV wouldn't pick it up - out of range. This could easily be solved (relocate the router or TV, or add a WiFi booster). We watched some catchup programmes on my laptop without difficulty using the WiFi, but the TV wouldn't pick them up. Given the heavy rain one day, we were drenched - after which we would have appreciated a washing machine, but appreciate that there isn't room for one: the choice was presumably between washing machine and dishwasher, and we were grateful for (and prefer) the dishwasher.
