I had to make a last-minute booking due to a medical emergency at the nearby hospital. The reservation and confirmation were processed very quickly, and in less than 2 hours, I was already at the apartment with the host handing over the keys and explaining everything.
We felt very comfortable in the house, it is very cozy and has everything needed. Everything is well-maintained, and the host helped us find nearby supermarkets.
On the last day, I had to extend the reservation by one day, and he managed everything very quickly so we could continue our stay. It has been our home for a few days, and we have been very comfortable.
They were repairing the elevator and it was necessary to walk up 4 floors, but it is a temporary situation lasting 2 weeks and it will be working again. this is not an issue and it is completely understandable.
