The location and yard.
The lack of attention to detail and misleading Description was noticable. The description clearly states a spa tub as well a few other misleading property descriptions (amenities include: dishwasher, bathrobes - no it didn’t). In no way did the one tiny bath (with paint chipping, no ventilation, 1.5 rolls of TP over our entire stay, and four towels for 7 guests) be described as spa-like. In addition, cleaning

The two bedroom sheets were clearly not cleaned as they contained hair from what we assumed were previous guests and there was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain that was overlooked. And finally, the pantry light was reportedly newly installed, but the bulb was not and instead lying in the corner of the extremely tight apace which required flashlight (as it had no window light helping illumination) and acrobatic flexibility in order to even access the washer/dryer as they do not fit in the older small space, literally leaving 4-5” clearance to access door of dryer and top of washing machine. We had to use these due to the fewer number of towels given per guest and the dirty linens.
