This home is located in one of the most desirable and safest areas of Hickory, NC. You will be in the Viewmont area within walking distance of several shops and restaurants such as Fourk, Starbucks, and Palm Berries as well as a short drive to others. The home is a short drive to the growing, yet quaint downtown area where you can enjoy the Farmers Market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
The driveway will allow up to three cars. Though this apartment is the upper level of the house there are no stairs required to enter, only a couple of steps to the front door from the driveway.
You have access to the front yard and everything listed in the photos. No shared spaces with other guests.
Check availability of the downstairs unit if you’d like to rent the entire house for a larger group. It provides space for an additional 4 people. Look for heartofhickory2 on Airbnb.
Also, the tvs are connected to wifi and you can login to your favoriate apps. There is no cable or local tv.

Great place to stay. House was in a good location. We really enjoyed our time in Hickory, NC.

We visit annually for a festival, and this was our second stay here which is always a good sign. The condo was clean, spacious for four adults, and overall very comfortable. A few small details could be improved, such as providing dish soap, providing a fresh scrubber sponge in the kitchen, and updating the cookware, but they didn’t detract from our experience.The appliances were reliable, the internet worked well, and the beds were very comfortable. Great value for the price. We’ll definitely look for this place again next year.

Great place to stay. Nice and quiet neighborhood through the night and the house was very spacious with 2 living room areas so we could spread out.

The only issue was, no toilet paper or paper towel. I thought those would be provided.
