Great!

At first house may look old, but when you arrive, you will notice that every other house looks like that, we really liked the traditional look. Also the inside looked great and was really comfortable, me and my family had a very nice stay. There is enough space for kids. The views were great in that location, you could also see cows near the house, it was really funny. The spot is perfect to walk to the other atracctions, it just takes 10-15 minutes. We worried about our chargers not fitting into the charging plugs but there were some adapters there. The host were friendly and communicative and made sure we knew everything. I would definitely recommend it if you plan to stay in Kandersteg!

Commercially managed and owner lacks empathy

The location was really nice.

The chalet is quite old and a bit run down from outside. Additionally the lighting is quite poor inside the chalet. The kitchen is quite basic and the toaster does not function properly and burnt all our bread. The television is outdated with the speakers not working well. Do not expect a warm ‘stay at home’ feeling as the owners are here to make money. Its super commercial. Usually with air bnb you would expect it to be warm welcome and little understanding from the owner. My father is diabetic and needs to have breakfast before we leave. I was 30 mins late in checking out and the owner threatened us to charge 100 CHF more. Additionally, with chalet’s you often deal with owners and its important that the owners are nice so if you are looking for an easy relaxed holiday without any hassle then this is not the right home for you. If you just want a bed to sleep then its okay.

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped for cooking, with a fully functional kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. The dining area is pleasant, featuring a large window with a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. The town itself is charming, with great local restaurants and bars offering delicious food at reasonable prices. The internet connection was excellent, and the TV worked well. The apartment has multiple rooms, making it a good fit for families or groups looking for a base in the area.

Unfortunately, the house is not as secluded as it appears in the photos—it’s located right on a rather noisy road. The entrance to the property felt neglected and was not very clean. Upon arrival, we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. Inside the apartment, there was a musty smell and a heavy, stuffy atmosphere. Opening the windows brought in a large number of flies and mosquitoes, which made things uncomfortable. The terrace, which looks inviting in the photos, is actually located one floor below the apartment, directly facing the street, and was quite run-down. While the host was polite and responsive, no alternative solutions were offered for the issues we encountered.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. L’emplacement est idéal et l’appartement est agréable, conforme à la description. Tout était correct et nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise dès notre arrivée. L’échange avec les propriétaires a été fluide. Malgré un petit malentendu lors de la réservation, ils ont été compréhensifs et ont simplement réajusté le prix, sans nous sanctionner, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Il y a tout le nécessaire en ustensiles pour cuisiner. Seul petit point à améliorer : seulement deux plaques de la gazinière fonctionnent sur quatre, et un micro-ondes serait appréciable pour réchauffer plus facilement.

De locatie was super, alles was op loopafstand. Ook was er meer dan voldoende keukengerei aanwezig, erg fijn. Het uitzicht was super. Ook fijne communicatie met de hosts.

Het was wel erg laag, gelukkig zijn wij niet zo lang maar lange mensen kunnen hier goed hun hoofd stoten ;).

Maravilloso Apartamento en una ciudad perfecta para hacer excursiones y disfrutar de la naturaleza.

Habitaciones grandes, muy limpio, comodo y distribucion del apartamento, muy amplio. Tiene terraza abajo y esta a las afueras del pueblo con vistas a las montañas.

me gusto todo, sòlo que sentimos un poco de aroma a Fondue al llegar, es muy tipico en Suiza por lo que es comprensible que suceda, pero tal vez con un ambientador, eso se prodia mejorar.

・備品が行き届いていた。例えば、コーヒー、トイレットペーパー、キッチンペーパー、タオル類など(シャンプーとコンディショナーだけ自分たちで準備しました) ・お鍋もたくさんあり料理しやすかった・綺麗にお掃除されていた・スーツケースを測るためのメジャーを借りられるかお願いしたら快くホテルまで持って来てくれた

・スーパーまでが少し遠かったくらいです。(徒歩で15分くらい)

L’emplacement la vue la tranquillité. La disponibilité et le professionnalisme de l’hôte qui a répondu directement pour un petit souci sur le four. Je recommande sans hésité ce chalet.

Exceptionnel

Un très bon séjour dans ce chalet très bien situé (5 mn depuis le début de la randonnée). Tous les équipements nécessaires au bon déroulement du séjour étaient disponibles, ce qui facilite le séjour. On a aussi adoré la vue sur les montagnes et la tranquillité du lieu. On reviendra avec plaisir.

Il manquait un micro-onde pour réchauffer des plats.
