A really comfortable stay in a spacious, spotless apartment in a safe and quiet area with restaurants and easy access to

A lovely apartment on the 4th floor (lift access) with a spacious balcony that overlooks the pretty garden behind the building, so it is peaceful and quiet. The building has a secure entry system and the self check-in was easy. The apartment is freshly decorated, stylish, spotless, fully equipped, the bed is comfortable, there are blackout blinds, a good shower, heaters for chilly weather. All in all it’s an excellent place to stay for a visit to Lyon. We didn’t need it, but there is secure parking available. There are nice restaurants in the area and a supermarket, and tram and bus stops are close by. The Gare Part Dieu is a 10 minute walk away is a hub for all transport systems and also has a Westfield shopping mall. We really enjoyed our stay. A couple of minor teething problems on arrival but the host came straight round and he is super helpful.

Excellent accommodation but the heat beat us

Everything was very nice clean comfortable with easy access. Bertrand communicated with us very well but we could not reply due to our sim card problems. Sorry Betrand.

No air con. We stayed there with temperature at 36 degrees with only one fan in the whole Appartement.

Basic accommodation. Couldn’t leave luggage before check in which was disappointing. No fans and it was 35 degrees.

Fijn ruim appartement

Gunstig gelegen op loopafstand van station Part-Dieu, een ruim appartement, leuk ingericht en met alle comfort.

Om in te loggen op de wifi moet je op het modem kijken wélke wifi het is en vervolgens een "password" van 30 tekens intypen. Waarom niet de wifi naam veranderen naar (bijv.) Part-Dieu en een makkelijker password instellen?

Cet appartement est vraiment un lieu où l'on envie de passer une semaine tranquille, en vacances et si c'est pour le travail mon cas cette fois-ci), on a pas envie d'aller au restaurant tellement on est bien ! Il y a de la vaisselle, des beaux verres, de beaux espaces bref tout pour passer une magnifique soirée épicurienne...

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage mit sicherer Garage.

Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Wir waren mit dem Auto dort, die Garage war einfach zu befahren (auch für Autos mit wenig Bodenfreiheit) und sicher. Die Gegend ist trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Alle Fragen wurden uns vom Vermieter umgehend beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank, Bertrand, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Il est indiqué "garage inclus" dans l'annonce quand on réserve... Et à l'arrivée on vous fait payer le parking (en espèces bien-sûr...😉) c'est pas tellement pour les 10euros par jour mais pour le principe... À part ce petit point tout était parfait

L’appartement correspondait à nos attentes.

Bel appartement et bien situé pour nous. Vue sur le jardin depuis le balcon et des petites attentions personnelles pour notre arrivée qui font vraiment plaisir. La propreté est au rendez-vous. Nous avions une place dans le garage en sous-sol ( attention si SUV, garage étroit et peu prévu pour ce type de véhicule). Bertrand s’est vraiment très bien occupé du traitement de la réservation et a répondu à toutes nos questions.

Un logement super beau, très propre, tranquille avec une jolie deco de qualité dans toutes les pièces. Un extérieur au calme et appréciable. Literie top, douche top, tout fut top. Bertrand est très réactif et d'une extrême gentillesse. Merci pour tout. Je recommande à 2 000 %. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Tout est faisable à pieds et de bons itinéraires pour le jogging.

Proche de la gare Part Dieu et arrêt de tramway tout proche. Appartement spacieux, très agréable, confortable et TB équipé. Calme et lumineux. Entrée dans le local et départ aisés. Quelques petites attentions bien appréciées.

Pas trouvé de grille pain. Impossible de faire fonctionner le sèche serviette de la salle de bain.

L’appartement correspond en tout point à chacune de mes recherches. Le secteur est bien; proche de toutes commodités; centres commerciaux; ville. L’appartement et son accès sont sécurisés. L’appartement intérieurement est propre; l’aménagement est équilibré. Les équipements modernes; agréables; propres. Il y a de l’espace est une terrasse. C’est un lieu de vie agréable

Une pépite cet apart absolument rien à dire et je ss très regardante. Exactement comme sur les photos zéro mauvaise surprise aucune deception Agréablement surprise par sa propreté et sa beauté et la générosité de Bertrand av de belles attentions. Tt est fais pr que l on s y sente très bien. Bcp mieux qu une chambre d hôtel hors de prix ds les alentours de la gare. Le tram est à 3 min à pied et en deux arrêts seulement vs êtes à la gare. Très rare de trouver ce genre d hébergement géré par un particulier à un prix raisonnable avec tt le confort nécessaire. J y serais bien restée plus longtemps !

L'appartement était grand, lumineux, cuisine équipée (une vraie !) et la décoration de bon goût. Le plus c'est Bertrand l'hôte qui a été extraordinaire, je suis venue pour installer ma grande pour ses études et Bertrand a été là pour des conseils et même jusqu'à accepter de m'imprimer des documents nécessaires pour l'école de ma fille. Généreux et à l'écoute : nous avons eu de la chance car nous sommes bien tombés. Je recommande vivement ce logement très cosi, chaleureux et lumineux. Merci !

La tranquillité proche du centre.

L'hôte a eu la gentillesse de m'attendre pour les clés, malgré mon retard. Le logement est moderne, spacieux et silencieux. Il y tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un super séjour.

Le seul bémol: le parking trop petit pour y rentrer ma voiture, mais une citadine rentre largement.
