入住程序方便, 附近有多個停車場, 停車方便. 旁邊就是公園, 也有一個小超市, 算方便. 上下兩層有兩個洗手間, 多人住的話也很方便. 厨房煮食設施很好, 可以自己買東西來煮.

枕頭可以換些好點的. 投影機用不了. 垃圾分類及處理的說明宜清晰點. 厨房抽氣扇太高, 抽得不好, 所以煮食時氣味較大. 其他都很好. 整體是好的, 少少改善一下便完美.

Location is the best (10/10!!) for a neighborhood feel in an otherwise bustling city with EXTREMELY convenient accessibility to street car and a half block to a very beautiful park. Coffee shops, grocery stores, Genghis Kahn bbq, omg the soba shops, PENGUIN Bakery across the street, parents throwing the baseball with their kids outside the house, flowers blooming in everyone’s yard, safe and quiet at night with a 5 minute street car to Susukino. Nakajima Park might be a top park in the world. You could plan a whole week just spending time in Nakajima Park. If you’re there for the Beer Festival in late July to early August, prepare to fall in love with this place and the city. Kitchen, shower, bathroom, laundry amenities are more than adequate. Make sure you have Google Translate and you’re happy. Air conditioning pumps in every room and no concerns with keeping it icy. Staff very responsive and respectful in a Japanese way (ie doesn’t get anymore respectful in the world.)

Neighbors will complain about noise at 5 pm on a Saturday if your kids are laughing. No joke. No hooks, no drawers, a couple of hangers per room, you’re going to be living out of your suitcase on the floor. That gets old if you’re staying a week with a lot of suitcases and kids. Beds/pillows are fine after walking 20k steps a day, but in the morning you know it’s 5/10.

とても清潔でおしゃれな内装、ショック類もたくさん揃っており、お風呂も2箇所あることで、人数が多くても快適に過ごすことができました。 ベッドも大きく、ゆったり寝ることができました。 洗濯機も洗剤もあったので、洗濯乾燥もできて長期滞在の方にはとてもいいと思います。 タオル類もしっかり常備されおりよかったです

アメニティに歯ブラシが書いていなく持って行ったら常備されているなど、アメニティなどを細かく書いていただけると助かります。 また、トイレに窓があり、隣の家との感覚が近いことから見えないのでしょうがかなり気になりました。 すりガラスやカーテンなど目隠ししていただきたいなと感じました。 プロジェクターがあったのですが、リモコンが見つからず、利用することができなかったのが残念でした。

トイレ、リビングなどのカーテンが欲しかった！ 玄関のスリッパに髪の毛が付いていた！ 玄関入るブロックも壊れて剥がれ落ちていた！
