The facilities were excellent, with an impressive layout and very well maintained overall structure, as well an interesting approach to the all-inclusive resort style of package. The reading room was a thoughtful touch, and although I did not see it mentioned before, there is an additional seating area beside the cafe/bar. This area appears to be almost exactly centrally located in the resort and has floor-to-ceiling windows on all three sides opposite which provides an excellent view of the interior garden. The rotary phone was a little surprising, but I grew to like it quite a bit. And of course the guest-room onsen style baths were dangerously good - I would have spent most of my days in there if I could have. Maybe next time.

Although they were very nice, unfortunately the clogs provided by the staff were not well sized for me, I think. My heel tended to slip out and overhang the back by an inch or so when walking. But they were still fairly comfortable, it just made walking a little difficult for long periods of time. Luckily, I did not have to walk very far very often.

特になかったです。 駅から遠くて常にタクシー利用だという点だけでしょうか。

We had an exceptional experience here. Visiting during the height of winter, we found the property incredibly warm and inviting - the private in-room open-air onsen was a highlight. I highly recommend the half-board stay as the kaiseki dining is great.

The accommodation is easiest to reach by car or taxi (highly advisable during winter), but the complimentary check-in/out shuttle to major nearby stations is a helpful perk for those without their own transport.

酒店官方回覆我們的電郵，表示接駁車能到達小樽車站、小樽築港車站、還有札幌JR車站，抵達後，表示想預約check out當天去札幌JR車站的接駁車，已經翻譯展接後，酒店職員表示，當日回覆我們電郵的時候，表達錯誤了，酒店的接駁車，只能送住客到小樽車站。這樣打亂了我們check out的行程計劃。
