Obiekt idealny dla rodziny 2+1, 2+2 łóżka bardzo wygodne, cały obiekt bardzo czysty, WiFi działa bez zarzutu. Blisko do PKP, sklepu, knajpek oraz na plażę. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Bardzo polecam

Wannę można by wymienić, ale to mały szczegół

Location was fantastic, close to the beach, to the train station, to the city center.. Very cute appartment with a lovely balcony with all you need even for a long stay. But definitely not for 4 adults. For a couple maximium or a couple with a kid. The owner was very helpful in helping solving some issues upon check in. It had an elevator what helped a lot with my lugagge. The key is in a separated location, so if you have more lugagge as i did you can have uber do 2 stops, but otherwise you can easily walk. Very close to the airport too, if you dont have lots of lugagge you can take the train, its cheaper than uber and very quick. If you are planning to book it bear in mind there is a 600 euros deposit, but it disappeared very quickly from my card.

Well nothing serious but some contructive feedback. 1. When i arrived the key was not at the place it should have been. I waited for almost 20 minutes for someone to come with a spare one. 2. Internet was not working. Had to wait for the owner to come and fix it. i would highly suggest someone checking on those things before a new tenant. Also the appartment was kind of dark at night, the lights were not strong enough, would suggest brighter lights. But even with those i will highly recommend it and will be back for sure.

Clean Close to amenities

The day before, we were told we needed to deposit €600 as a security which was a shock, before we were told where the key was for the apartment. €600 blocked on your account! When we got there, we followed the instructions and there was no key. After a long day travelling it felt like a scam. It took over an hour on the phone to sort out the mess. We speak a little french which helped but I can't imagine the stress for someone who can't speak French. There are some basic things you expect, e.g. washing up liquid, kitchen towels, maybe some proper coffee and sugar, the basics for at least a single night. A TV that actually has French TV channels. Not everyone has a Netflix or Amazon Prime account, some simple access to local TV news should be a minimum. It was cold. It does get cold in Nice in the winter. 2 out of 3 radiators were not working, the thermostats were stuck. Some basic maintenance would prevent this.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war einfach top! Nur 3 Minuten zum Strand, 3–5 Minuten zu Bus und Bahn, mit denen man bequem nach Cannes, Nizza oder Monaco fahren kann. Direkt am Gebäude gibt es sogar einen Bäcker, außerdem Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besser hätten wir es uns nicht vorstellen können. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass es hier deutlich entspannter war als in Nizza, man aber in nur 10–15 Minuten dort sein kann. Auch zum Flughafen sind es nur zwei Stationen mit der Bahn. Der Balkon war sehr süß, die Küche groß, und sogar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand war vorhanden – wirklich praktisch!

Leider gibt es auch ein paar Punkte, die wir nicht so gut fanden 1. Die Küche war zwar groß, aber nicht sauber 2. Das Bad war in Ordnung, aber die Badewanne war in einem schlechten Zustand (Flecken, die mit gründlicher Reinigung entfernbar wären). Außerdem war der Duschvorhang sehr dreckig und sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. 3. Der Check-in verlief unorganisiert. Die Anweisungen kamen erst am Anreisetag nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und deutlich später als angekündigt. Wir standen 15 Minuten vor der Unterkunft und haben versucht jemanden zu erreichen
