Purple Rain - Direct Beach Access, Ocean views, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Mullins Beach Front Bliss

The location is superb being on the beach. The Beach House is well equipped and the beds comfortable.

Only criticism is the property especially bathrooms and kitchen need updating.

Our recent stay at Purple Rain was nothing short of incredible. Nestled right on the stunning Mullins Beach, the villa offered breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, and sunsets on the terrace were unforgettable. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, with direct beach access steps down from the villa. From the beginning, communication with Angela was responsive, clear, and helpful. She made the booking process seamless and answered every question leading up to our arrival. Once we arrived, Sam, the property manager, took over and was absolutely fantastic. Warm, professional, and always available, she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable even when the villa experienced a water main issue for a few days. Despite the hiccup, Sam delivered drinking water, arranged for the water tanks to be filled so we could shower, and kept in constant contact with the water authority to speed up the repair. Her attentiveness made all the difference, and we truly appreciated her effort. The housekeeping team was equally amazing. They refreshed towels and linens during our stay and even stocked the fridge with essentials like eggs, bread, butter, and milk for our late afternoon arrival such a thoughtful touch! One highlight we highly recommend: scheduling a massage with a local mobile spa service on the villa’s sun terrace. It was a luxurious, serene experience made even better by the ocean breeze and sound of the waves. And just a short stroll down the beach led us to Sea Shed for dinner on our way back, we were lucky enough to witness a hawksbill turtle coming ashore to nest. A moment we’ll never forget. If you are looking for a clean villa, stocked with necessities for your stay, a breathtaking panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, with a responsive team for a peaceful vacation, BOOK IT! Purple Rain had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable Caribbean escape. We can’t wait to return!

LEAVING 😭 I may have added extra salt to the sea with my tears. Driveway: This may not affect all travels but we had a rental car that didn't provide the best sharp turn ability. Getting in and out of the driveway at times was a pain. Thankfully Bajans were always willing to stop and ensure a safe exit.

Lovely 2 bed villa right on the beach at Mullins. Direct access to a great beach with a couple of restaurants/bars. The views are amazing, particularly at sunset from the balcony. Angela, our host, gave amazing communication from the beginning. Very helpful and accommodating. Michelle and Samantha, our housekeepers, were so friendly and welcoming. The little extras provided on arrival (milk, butter, eggs, bread and water) is a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend if looking to stay on the West Coast.
