Very well located and great for a weekend exploring central VIienne
A little studio but with plenty of space for one. Neat, very clean, well enough equipped for a short stay and within easy walking distance if the station and central for a weekend of exploring the markets and historic centre.
The climb to the third floor was a challenge with luggage.

Une très belle adresse en hyper centre
L’emplacement.. la propreté de l’appartement.. au centre des activités durant le festival de jazz .. il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement pour passer un très bon sejour.. la grande gentillesse de la propriétaire qui répond à toutes vos questions et facilement accessible..
La literie serait pour nous , a améliorer.. et le tarif des parkings aux alentours est très élève mais cela n’a évidemment rien à voir avec l’appartement.. et si l’on veut être en hyper centre en ville.. c’est malheureusement le prix à payer ..

Les escaliers en colimaçon pour monter au troisième étage avec les valises et sacs en cas de grosse chaleur comme ce wd un seul ventilateur pas de Clim il faisait très chaud difficulté pour décharger et trouver place pour se garer entre marche festival …
