the location was excellent. We were staying in Vienne for a gig at the Roman theatre -super easy to walk to venue and shops/restaurants.

Great location.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance from the train station. I was there for the Jazz festival and it is very close to all of the venues. Overall the studio was clean and comfortable. I never saw the owners but getting the key was well explained and quite simple. I appreciated the autonomy.

There was a strong smell of smoke. The bathroom is very small. The bed was satisfactory. Not as comfortable as I would have liked. It served a purpose for a pull out bed. I am not sure if I could have stayed more than two nights. A larger person would have quite a difficult time using the toilet and shower.

It has a great location in the middle of the city, close to the river and few steps from the Hotel de Ville. The building is old without elevator, but the apartement itself is nicely renovated. It has one big room, a kitchen and a little bathroom. The colors are grey and black like in the pictures. The kitchen has every kind of kitchenette and pots. The room has an eletric heater which works very good, it had always good temperature.

The water heater boyler makes hot water just one time a day. So if you take a shower at the morning, you dosen’t have left any for the rest of the day.

Superb

Very well located, next to the city hall. Owner is very friendly and it was very convenient to arrange a meeting with him to get the keys, and same for departure time. The flat is well furnished, there is everything you might need in there.

If you are chilly and need to heat a lot during the night, beware that the heating system is a bit noisy.

Le quartier, la salle d'eau, la kitchenette, la cafetière à dosettes.

On aurait apprécié des glaçons dans le freezer il faisait très chaud, un vrai lit, le miroir est en hauteur on ne peut se voir dedans.

Séjour très satisfaisant!

Très bon accueil, contacts faciles avec le propriétaire du studio, aussi bien pour l'arrivée que pour le départ.Studio très bien situé, au centre-ville, dans une rue piétonne, en particulier pour participer au Festival de jazz. Bons équipements. Et merci pour les petits pots de miel et les bouteilles d'eau fraîche offerts à l'arrivée!

Nous l'avons signalé au propriétaire: manque de points d'attache pour les serviettes dans la salle de bains.
