If you wish to market to an upscale client, here are my suggestions. Multiple pillows thicker than the sheets. A guide showing local areas within walking distances as well as recommendations for local services. It would also be nice to explain how you summon a taxi to a house with no street address per se, just a house name. Not sure this can be remedied but the bedroom storage is problematic at best. What is accessible won't fit a standard sized hanger and much of the storage cannot be accessed without a ladder. Lastly, access to a grill would be kind of cool.

Great location and lovely clean property ! The owners and Trudi were extremely helpful and lovely to deal with.

Very nice apartment. Trudi couldn't have been more helpful and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. And Malcolm the owner lives right next door so if there were any immediate issues he was right there. Great location, just five minutes to the beach with amenities, bars and restaurants close by - brilliant!

The only thing I missed was a chopping board in the kitchen but that's so minor!
