Sky High Gem in Central Dubai with Burj Khalifa and Fountain Views

The view was amazing and how they tailored design the space was well thought of. Everything needed was provided. They even have a folding crib. Location was really great.

The built in cabinets had an displeasing smell when you open it, so we had to keep it open for few hours. The bathroom had leaking issues.

The appartment is spacious, well organized and very comfortable. The balcony has an amazing view of the fountains, Burj Khalifah and the boulevard. Everything is there to make you feel at home. I want to thank Umair who was very responsive to answer any questions and requests. We had an amazing stay and we will surely come back for our next trip in Dubai!

It was very close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall, only a 5 min walk, big spacious apartment and a good size balcony with enough sitting.

The location was amazing and the views were spectacular. It was an easy walk to the Burj Khalifa and the mall. The location was central to some of our activities. It was easy to order food and have it delivered. Communication was okay, with our short stay, we just made the best of it. It was nice that they had snacks and drinks to welcome the guests. Check in was quick maybe due to our late arrival. It was pretty much giving us access and reviewing the keys and that was it.

Upon further inspection bottom layers of sheets in one of the bedroom had stains… and that was an unpleasant experience. Didn’t like that the tv wasn’t working in the living room. The charger that was provided wasn’t working properly. Not enough towels and bathroom floor kept getting water on it from showering because there wasn’t any shower doors or barriers. They stated there was a third bed which we assume was the sofa but you had to configure and move pieces around but that’s okay. What we needed was sheets to put on it and a comforter. Leaving extra set of sheets and or blanket would’ve been nice.
