The room was great, very spacious, nice bathroom with good water pressure, comfy bed and nice little balcony. The staff are lovely and helped me book my trip onwards to Laos. Location is great too :)

The location and the rooms were great, but what really made my stay special was the staff. Auntie Bow is an absolute gem. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at home with her kindness, warmth, and genuine care. Whether I had a question, needed help, or simply wanted to chat, she was always there with a smile. She is one of those rare people who can completely change your experience of a place. The rooms were comfortable, the location was convenient, and everything was well maintained. I even received 2x new bottles of water every two days. Yes, there is noise from the ac, street and occasional landing airplanes but I had my earplugs with me for the night so it wasn‘t a problem. I already miss Auntie Bow and will definitely be back one day. I also met many kind hearted people from different countries. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The staff, especially the receptionists, were wonderful. Whether I had questions, ran into problems, or even needed help with laundry, they were always helpful and friendly. I felt right at home. The location and the rooms are great, too. There was always plenty of parking available. I’ll definitely be back—thanks for a wonderful stay!
