位於宜蘭市中心地點很棒，位於2樓的大廳設計得很可愛。衛浴空間乾淨。
這次入住在樓梯的邊間，下午時間西曬的滿厲害的，以至於房間冷氣溫度調到20度，都還是悶悶的。 房間會有一個氣味，不確定是甚麼原因造成。 如果一個晚上收取近5000的價格，至少要供應瓶裝水，這一點令人失望。 宵夜時間供應至晚上10點，我們9點多過去，熱食僅剩下二三顆包子，關東煮完全被拿光，也很讓人失望。因此需要到鄰近有營業至宵夜時間的商店及便利商店，大約需步行10-15分鐘。

早餐是固定的套餐，覺得小菜海帶絲太多了會膩，連續住兩天的小菜相同，會膩。
房間內的椅子不好坐

房間乾淨舒適，而且蠻寬敞的，整體氛圍很好，早餐讓人驚艷
電梯空間比較小，而且只有一部電梯可使用，如果人比較多的時候可能要等比較久 另外，飯店本身沒有停車場、也沒有特約停車場，有開車來的人要自己找停車場，稍微有點不方便

接待人員和餐廳員工們都很客氣，也很辛苦，謝謝他們。
浴室設備可以的話，需要再改進，洗手台會搖晃太危險 電梯只有一部，等待時間太長，很不方便
