Nowe mieszkanie położone na parterze z ogródkiem, z pełnym wyposażeniem. Miejsce parkingowe przed blokiem. Klimatyzacja tylko w salonie. Dobra komunikacja z właścicielem.
Mieszkanie jest położone na nowo wybudowanym osiedlu ,jest to początek budowy całego kompleksu na ta chwile nie ma nic w pobliżu ( restauracja, sklepu) . Nam to nie przeszkadzało. Mieszkanie dla osób posiadających własny transport.
