Extreme Central - Luxy Stay

The property was in the best location you could ask for in Budapest. So close to the bars, restaurants, all the tourist areas, a good 10 to 20 minute walk so close to buses trains everything. It was amazing inside, clean and comfortable. Anything I needed help with the host was easy to contact and responded quickly. This place I highly recommend to stay at if you are visiting Budapest.

Perfect location, it’s located on the centre of Budapest, super clean and elegant, it’s well maintained, have every necessary things you need at home, the host was responsive, 100% recommended

Unfortunately, during our three-night stay, almost none of the electrical outlets were working for most of the time. This might have been just an unfortunate coincidence, but still — for nearly the entire stay, we couldn't use the sockets. As a result, the fridge and hairdryer didn’t work, and we couldn’t charge our phones or other devices. The host was always in touch and promised to fix the issue, but it was only resolved right before our departure. To be fair, we were offered partial compensation as I requested, but it was a very small amount — around 10% of the total cost — which I believe was insufficient considering the inconvenience. For this reason, I’m giving a neutral rating. I hope this was just a one-time issue and not something typical, but due to the situation, I can't give a higher score.
