2 Bed in Keswick oc-87092

Great calm location, 10 mins walk to center, lovely little cottage near the river, everything you need for a nice relaxing holiday, cute little garden. Asked to arrive slightly earlier, was accepted. Holidaycottages were helpful when we reached out. Despite my long negative review, I would still recommend staying at Cotton Tail but DO NOT BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM (see negative comments).

Parking at said location isn't possible unless you have a smart car, so parking in the street which isn't easy. Contacted via chat for parking, the person I was talking to had obviously no idea of the surroundings. Shower is difficult to adjust to right temperature, I told holidaycottages and they offered to send someone but I by the time they got my message, and arranged to send someone we didn't bother and we had found a way (you have to be very patient and wait for about 20 seconds each time you turn the dial to avoid steaming hot or freezing cold to come back all of a sudden). They confirmed someone would come after our stay so hopefully it's fixed for the next ones. Lots of ants in the kitchen as of 1st day. Told them, hopefully this will be sorted for the next ones. Booking.com didn't price match so don't book with Booking!!(all conditions dates etc were the same, Booking gave a vague reply as why they didn't price match but didn't answer my 4 or 5 messages for more detail)
