Well appointed bedrooms: comfy beds, good wardrobe space. Great value for money. Close to shops - Mazhar Mall. Has everything you need for a short stay in this area. Very accommodating staff - always on hand to help. Clean and well set up. Within a gated compound - security good. House security good too - cameras and intercom. Close to Beverly Hills area. Has a bath and shower. Easy lock box access. Car parking space right in front.

It's pinned as being in Beverly Hills - it's not! It's in a small compound next to BH. Looks rough and ready on the outside - inside modern. Needs more cutlery, kitchen towels and plates. Should have mattress protectors for hygiene. Washing machine has holes in the water pipe, so it leaked (they did fix it quickly, on request). It's a bit dark inside (which does keep it cool) but garden is overlooked by trees and other houses - making it darker still. If you're looking for a clean, value for money place - it's a bit basic, but very livable. It was just what we needed - a few tweaks and it will be great. I thought there was Netflix on the TV too, as it shows it on the picture, but no!

Good but needs a lot of maintenance. Unit is old and some additional renovation will make it great.

Unit was not prepared for self check in. Gas was not prepaid so stove was useless and TV was not working. You can clearly see that the unit has old furniture as well as appliances.
