About this apartment rental
A stylish, well-appointed townhouse inside a secure gated community in the heart of Sheikh Zayed — with two queen-size beds, a private backyard, and an in-unit washer. One of the few townhouses in the area where every adult guest sleeps on a proper double — no singles, no compromises.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire townhouse.
We're available around the clock via the app for any questions before or during your stay. We respect your privacy and won't intrude — but if anything comes up, we respond quickly and sort things out without fuss.
1. Guest Eligibility: Only families and married couples are permitted as guests.
2. Identification Requirement: All guests must provide a copy of their passport or ID before check-in.
3. Late Check-Out Fees: If guests delay the start of the cleaners' tasks past the scheduled check-out time, a charge of 50% of the nightly rate will apply for a 1-hour delay. Delays beyond 1 hour are not permitted.
