Great location, the apartment is based right in the middle of the old town, very easy to walk everywhere. It’s very close to bus stop for the local bus. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, very spacious, there are 2 bathrooms plus another separate toilet. Every bedroom had a fan and there was a portable A/C unit in the lounge. The kitchen was well equipped.
We were very happy with everything in the property.

Krásný, prostorný apartmán se třemi loznicemi a dvěma koupelnami. Vše funkční a čisté. Skvělá domluva s majitelkou. Děkujeme.

Byt byl krásně prostorný, kuchyň hezky vybavená a ocenili jsme více koupelen. Naše ubytování bylo příjemné, předání klíčů bezkontaktní a také nám vyhovoval checkout až v 11:00. Celkově se nám byt líbil i kvůli lokalitě, všechno bylo kousek a nemuseli jsme se s příchodem večer řídit recepcí. Pokud znovu navštívíme Kutnou Horu, tak určitě využijeme tento byt.
Hlavní místnost je v tomto období těžce větratelná, ačkoliv má několik oken. V teplých měsících v bytě musí být teplo a tudíž by tam byla parádní klimatizace. Čistota byla v pořádku až na pár pavučin a zaprášených světel, ale to opravdu jen vyloženě hledám chyby, ubytování bylo skvělé.
