About this house rental
This spacious holiday home, located in Levínská Ole is suitable for families or friends. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool and access free WiFi at this child-friendly property.
You can enjoy the local cuisine at the restaurants, 3 km away. You can choose to visit several attractions nearby including Mount Snezka, the historic centre of Liberec, and Jested mountain. The Giant Mountains ski area is nearby.
Guests can lounge in the beautiful garden, enjoy scenic views from the balcony while the terrace offers a lovely place to relax under the sun. 2 parking spaces inside the fence and several places outside the fence. The house is centrally heated in winter by means of a wood stove, which makes the house wonderful warm. WiFi, Barbeque, high chair and cot are available. Do remember to throw away plastic bottles, glass bottles and paper at the indicated places in the village. Parties are not allowed.
Public transport is at 6 km. Prague Airport is at 100 km.

Aankomst was goed. De dame sprak Duits en was heel vriendelijk. Mooie rondleiding door het huis. Wat leuk en origineel was dat er veel ingrediënten beschikbaar is. Als je iets op maak dan uiteraard wel de vraag of je het wil aanvullen. Mooi en modern huis met uitzicht op landschap en bos waar we zelfs hebben genoten van herten. Wat voor ons een groot minpunt was dat ze de hele dag ijzer aan het slijpen waren. Dat was behoorlijk irritant. Helaas ging dat dagen door.

Dit was zo'n ongelofelijk mooi huis! Bij aankomst direct goed contact met de beheerder. De sleutel lag keurig netjes klaar en we konden haar altijd bellen als we iets nodig hadden (spreekt prima Duits). Het huis was nogmaals echt prachtig. Net gerenoveerd, mooie slaapkamers, prachtige woonkamer ennnnnn ALLES was in huis aanwezig wat je je ongeveer kunt bedenken en wat je thuis ook hebt. Een mooie messenset in de keuken, vriezer, oven, magnetron, superveel potten en pannen, zelfs allerlei kruiden. Televisie is Nederlands, met alle standaard NL zenders (NPO 1,2,3, RTL4, RTL5, Veronica, etc). Zelf niet veel gebruikt, alleen het Eurovisie Songfestival ) De omgeving is ook echt ontzettend mooi. Veel leuke en mooie dingen om te bezoeken binnen 20 - 60 minuten rijden. Praag is 1,5 uur rijden, ook weekendje geweest. Ook de nabije omgeving is prima. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om er te komen en je te verplaatsen. Supermarkt is wel 4-5 km verder (Lidl, ook heel groot en fijn!). De natuur is er ook heel mooi, echt een ideaal wandelgebied. Wij waren met 2 kleine kinderen (1 en 3 jaar) en ook daar is het huis helemaal perfect voor. Veilig om rond te kruipen en te spelen. Minpuntje? Kan ik zo niet bedenken. We hebben het echt zo erg naar ons zin gehad! Oh ja, de vloeren in de slaapkamers kraken best wel erg. Daar werd onze baby soms wakker van.

Wir sind sehr freundlich vom Besitzer des Ferienhauses empfangen worden. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht Das Grundstück ist auch groß, es gibt eine überdachte Grillecke und einen Pool den wir im April leider nicht nutzen konnten. Das Haus liegt am Rande des Dorfes ruhig gelegen mit einem Blick auf Wiesen und Wald. Wir hatten mit unserer Familie und unseren beiden Hunden einen schönen Urlaub.
