Sehr umsichtig und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es beim Bäcker Frühstücksbrötchen. Das Zentrum und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Schöne Wohngegend mit vielen Bäumen.
Die Wohnung ist im Grunde für 2 Personen zu klein, vor allem das Schlafzimmer ist sehr beengt. Da das Gebäude keine außenliegenden Rollläden hat, ist Verdunkeln und Lüften gleichzeitig nicht möglich, was bei tropischen Temperaturen die Nachtruhe beeinträchtigt.

Komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung auch mit Kaffefiltern, Gewürzen Kaffeemilch und kaltem Mineralwasser. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, in ruhiger Lage und ein eigener Parkplatz ist in Marburg optimal.

Die Küche enthält alles notwendige für die ersten Tage und bei Besteck waren selbst Kleinigkeiten, die man sonst nicht erwarten würde, wie zum Beispiel ein Eiskugel Portionierer. Die Dusche war ein Genuss!

Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich, alle Hotelbereiche waren sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Die Lage ist perfekt.
Das Zimmer 105 war sehr hellhörig. Insbesondere das darüberliegende Dachstudio ist offensichtlich durch den Dielenboden schlecht gedämmt, man hört jeden Gästeschritt. Auf dem Zimmer fehlten für 4* (Dehoga-Klassif.) Hausschuhe und Kosmetiktücher, auch auf Nachfrage nicht zu bekommen. Das Buffet war gut, allerdings verlor das Personal m.E. beim Nachlegen die Übersicht, besonders wenn es in Doppelfunktion (Frontdesk+Buffetservice) eingebunden war!
