I absolutely loved everything about the apartment. The location is amazing, the metro station is a 3 minute walk. Lots of restaurants.
If you go during the weeks the noise is a bit loud, especially during early morning. If I could say anything I would say the windows should be more isolated.

An der Unterkunft selber nichts aber die Parkmöglichkeiten…wenn ich für eine Nacht in den vorgeschlagen Parkhaus 39€ bezahle , dann steht das zur Unterkunft in keinem Verhältnis.. dann kann ich auch in ein Hotel gehen mit Parkplatz , Frühstück und bin deutlich entspannter bzw. günstiger…ist wirklich Schade , denn die Unterkunft ist wunderschön…

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and the city center. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Apartment clean and there is elevator in the buildinng.
It was too hard to let the taxi go to the property. The street is not suitable to let a taxi go inside. It was hard for us to go and leave from this area. High sound and voices in the street until 3AM. We couldn't sleep and we should leave before 10AM
