The location and it was perfect for what we needed

Location was great. Very clean. New bathroom, great shower. Keysafe was very convenient. Walking distance from the sea. Very peaceful residential area. Appreciated the milk on arrival and teabags/biscuits.
You hear the flat above quite a lot. The people above were quiet in the evenings but early risers and could hear them using their kitchen/bathroom at 7am every day - doors, footsteps, drawers opening and closing. Kitchen needed dishwasher tabs, panscrubs and more than one teatowel/dishcloth. Not all pans were induction pans. Ground floor flat so needed blinds or nets as people walked right past if you were in bed with the curtains open.

Perfect home for our family. Comfortable and clean
The main bedroom door handle was broken so we had to be careful not to be locked in as it only opens from the outside 🙈

Great place, well fitted out, clean, everything worked well. Good kitchen and bathroom. Watch out for main bedroom door - handle not working properly when we were there (reported). Shoals restaurant not too far (but steep hill!) - about 10 mins stroll.
